The European logistics landscape operates under different regulatory frameworks, communication standards, and buyer expectations. A brand built for one market doesn't automatically translate into another, and in a category where incumbents have spent decades establishing trust, the repositioning needed to bridge that gap without losing the operational authority Hippocampus had already built.
