Problem statement
JK Urbanscapes is the real estate arm of JK Organisation, a legacy parent company with decades of presence. The objective was not simply to design a logo for a new branch, but to create a brand system capable of carrying the weight of the parent company while setting the tone for the next 50+ years. The identity needed to create confidence for current customers and government stakeholders, while also acting as a foundation for future companies within the real estate branch.

This is it approached the project as a long-term architectural decision rather than a visual refresh. We defined a strategic framework clarifying how JK Organisation, JK Urbanscape, and future real estate entities would relate to each other.
